The 2007 results were announced Sunday afternoon, 24 March 2007. Medals (silver and bronze) are awarded on technical criteria by the Wine Show Judges. They are based on comparison with a technical best wine for the varietal grape, not against each other. For a brief idea of this process, see our "taster's guide". The People's Choice award is made by combining the ratings given by public tasters participating in the class evaluations. Because of the low number of participants in the people's choice tastings, no "People's Choice" awards were given this year. Awards for the 2007 show are now posted.
