Magnolia Hall is a small horse agisting facility located within one hour's drive of Melbourne's CBD. We limit outside horses to just ten. This allows us to provide individual attention to each horse. The facility was built in 2007.
Feeding - twice per day.
- Additional feedings upon request
- Grain mixed to your specifications
- Grade 1 lucerne (alfalfa)
- Free choice of rye grass hay
- Indoor, above ground feed bins - both hay and grain
- Individual water troughs in each paddock
Shelters - all paddocks
- Large protected boxes in each paddock
- Lined with solid panelling
Fencing - Safety First
Paddocks - one-half to three acres
- Seeded in horse pasture mix in 2007
- Regularly mowed, harrowed, and fertilised
- Gently sloping - no standing water
- Sand pit in each paddock
- Individual or double horse paddocks
General
- Box stalls available for confinement
- Limited number of dry yards with stalls
- Long and short term agistment
Fees
- $17 plus GST per day for standard care
- Billing once per month
- Net 30 days
- Payable by cheque or direct deposit
- Farriers, vets, etc not billed directly will be charged an additional 10% handling fee
